Leisure should be all about the customer experience. Energy costs matter, but ultimately comfort, atmosphere, and functionality matter to the end users.
We’ve designed leisure facilities across the full spectrum from luxury hotels and spas to swimming pools, gyms and community leisure centres, understanding what each needs. We work closely with hospitality groups, local authorities, and operators to design spaces that perform operationally and create the customer experience that encourages repeat visits.
Quality at every budget level
A £2m community leisure centre and a £20m luxury hotel spa need different approaches, but both need to work. At budget level, we can simplify without sacrificing function or enjoyment, equally at the high-end, we can specify premium systems and finishes for the luxury experience.

Leisure centres are important community hubs where people connect, stay healthy, and thrive. They serve families, seniors, vulnerable people and people seeking belonging in the area, so we design with that purpose at the centre.
