Volumetric & Modular
Engineering designed
into components
Volumetric and modular construction only pays off if the design is right from the start, before anything reaches the factory floor. Services, connections and all the repeatable details are designed once, so that every component that follows can be repeated with ease.
We design for various offsite methods by working with manufacturers, contractors and developers [placeholder: name the MMC partners or project types you want to reference].

Efficiency built in
The strength of offsite methods is repeatability, but that’s also where the risk sits if you get this wrong. A services layout is built multiple times, so we ensure the effort is put into the prototype and standard details early. Solid thinking up front is what makes the speed of offsite worth having.
Designed for factory and site
Offsite methods split a building between the factory where components such as modules or panels are made and the site where they’re joined. The services have to be designed for both, with connections that go together cleanly when the elements arrive on site.
CAD21 coordinate across that handover so these components turn up ready to join and the finished building performs as one coordinated whole.
