If you’re good enough, you’re old enough

Most of our directors started as apprentices or graduates here. We sponsor people through university and apprenticeships because we’d rather invest in people we know than hire from outside. We prefer to promote from within so that our people stay, feel valued and see a bright future with CAD21.

Good work gets recognised

We know how everyone’s doing and we celebrate it. Beyond the day-to-day, we hold an annual summer party to say thank you properly. We’ve hired out restaurants, taken people to Amsterdam on mini-cruises, it’s our way of saying we value you.
